Scaling monthly Meta spend 14x without the return falling apart.

The challenge

Jify launched on Meta in August 2024 with a ₹1,600 test budget. The goal was to turn a small, profitable test into a primary sales channel without letting cost per purchase spiral as spend grew.

What we did

We validated offers at small budgets (6.6x ROAS in September 2024), then scaled in steps through festive peaks. Spend went from ₹15.7K a month to ₹2.28L a month by July 2026, with a second ad account added in July 2026 to extend reach.

The result

Monthly purchases grew from 211 to a peak of 789 (May 2026), and ROAS stayed at or above 2.4x for 25 straight months while spend climbed 14x.

The challenge

Earlier campaigns in 2024 returned ₹0.40 for every rupee spent, at roughly ₹1,375 per purchase. The account went quiet for over a year.

What we did

We relaunched the account in December 2025 with campaigns built around purchases rather than clicks, then reallocated budget month by month toward whatever was converting.

The result

ROAS hit 9.3x in the first full month (January 2026) and has averaged 6.4x since. Cost per purchase dropped to about ₹153, a fall of 89% against the 2024 campaigns.

The challenge

Most Wok N Roll sales happen on marketplaces and quick-commerce apps, so the job on Meta is to drive affordable, high-intent traffic and keep the brand visible.

What we did

After a high-cost first quarter, we rebuilt the campaign setup in February 2026 to prioritise efficient reach and clicks over narrow targeting.

The result

In February 2026, cost per click fell from ₹27.75 to ₹9.77 and CPM from ₹851 (December) to ₹188, delivering nearly 9.7L impressions and 15,700 link clicks that month.
